Interior visualisation
1. TASK
For interior visualization you should provide:
- Measure plan and plan with furniture (AutoCad 20 or ArhiCad 20)
- Interior collages or mood boards with product names or a document with links* (mood boards or a document with links must include at least 90% all basic interior items, except for decor)
- Optionally you can attach facades walls, lighting plans, blueprints / diagrams of custom products.

If any model (which you need) doesn't exist, I can model it by myself. The deadlines and additional payments are discussed individually.

2. STAGES OF WORK:
- During 1-4 working days after receiving the task, I'll make sketches (interactive renders with a noise level of 10%) and will send them to you for approval.
- the quote includes up to two waves* of edits from the designer (when the designer approves the renders, I will prepare medium** quality images)
and one wave of edits from the client. Therefore to three waves of edits. When a client approves medium quality renders, I will prepare high*** quality images
* "wave" means a email / message with all edits based on the provided sketches
** Default, I use 16:9 for horizontal views and 4:5 for vertical (for Instagram). Medium quality 1250 px on the larger side. The proportion and resolution can be changed. You can indicating them in the task

3. QUOTE OF WORKS AND PAYMENT PROCESS:
The quote of main images is 200$
The quote of additional images is 75$
PRO models are include in the quote
The quote of making edits is $12 per hour
The difficult modeling discuss individually
Depending of project scope 100% or 50%/50% or 33%/33%/33%
Payment is to be made via the service https://wise.com/
(you should to specify my email address and everything will be filled automatically and very quickly)
Prices are valid until December 2022
4. COMPLETION TIME:
Creation of visualization according to the task - 1 working day for 10-15 m2 of area.
Changes are made during 1-2 days per room.
Project reservation time is two to three weeks in advance. If by the appointed date you do not have time to complete the task, you must inform about it 5 working days in advance. Otherwise, the project implementation period may be extended (from several days to 1.5 weeks).
My level of English is not very high, so I will use a translator in my work
